Bra Fitting with Suze
I became an Independent Bra Fitter after my clients started asking me for recommendations for a bra fitter.
It compliments my clothing business perfectly. It really does make such a difference in how you look if you are wearing the correct size bra.
I was professionally fitted about 2 years ago and it was literally life changing!
I now help ladies feel comfortable in their bras. I also help them look slimmer by just changing their bra size!
The ‘How to’ the right size bra..
I don’t use a tape measure. This is quite old fashioned and can be inaccurate.
I start by checking what size bra you are currently wearing and this gives me starting point.
The band should run parallel from the front around to the back. It should be firm, but not too tight.
Straps – are they too tight? Too loose? You should be able to lift them but not too much, and they should not be rubbing or leaving marks on the shoulders.
Cup size – The breasts should be fully contained in the cup with no gaping? Are the boobs bulging out? If so, the cup size is too small.
The front (centre) of the bra should lie flat and not be raised.
If the centre front sticks out, then the cup is too small.
The older the bra, the more it loses its elasticity. If this happens, it will no longer offer support.
How I can help?
A lot of ladies come to me for different reasons.
- They’re uncomfortable
- They’re sore or in pain
- They’re a bit lost and have no idea what size bra they should be wearing.
- They had bad experience with bra fittings before.
- They have lost weight, or gained weight.
- They have children and their body shape has changed.
- They are going through the menopause
But most are at their wits end.
They need my help and I can help them.
I stock a range of bras from quality suppliers, from a 30 band to 42 band. From an A cup to a JJ cup.
